• Every product is carefully packed and quality checked before shipping.
• We use safe and hygienic methods for production and packaging.
• All orders will be confirmed via WhatsApp or phone call before processing.
• Once the order is confirmed, no changes or cancellations are allowed.
• Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We try to respond to all queries within 24 hours.
• We always try to ship on time, but delays can happen due to weather, holidays, or courier issues. We’ll keep you updated.
• All personal information is kept private and will not be shared with anyone.

Return & Refund Policy

• If you're not satisfied with the taste, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery to request a return.
• ⚠️ Return is only allowed if you have used 5 or fewer honey sticks.
  If more than 5 sticks have been used, the return will not be accepted under any condition.
• Once your return request is approved, you must book the return shipment yourself and share the courier details with us.
• The item must be packed securely in a safe box to avoid damage during return shipping.
• ⚠️ Very important: If the product is damaged during the return shipping, no refund will be given.
  It is the customer's full responsibility to ensure the return is packed properly and safely.
